Patrick Firth, Chair
Patrick was elected in 2018 to serve on the Talbot County Democratic Central Committee in Maryland. He recruits and trains candidates and volunteers, oversees field and data organizing operations and assists with regional and statewide strategic planning with the Maryland Democratic Party. He’s certified by the National Democratic Training Committee to conduct political training seminars for candidates, volunteers, organizers, and activists on political strategy, as well as communications and social media “best practices”. Elected Chair in 2020, Patrick oversaw campaign operations for the historic 2020 election when President Biden won Talbot County – a first for the Republican-leaning County since 1964. He also interned for then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) and worked for the Senate Democratic Steering and Outreach Committee. Patrick has also served as Chief of Staff to the President of Young Democrats of Maryland.
A Partner at Constitution Partners, Patrick works for clients across a wide variety of industries. Patrick plays a leading role representing clients on and off Capitol Hill across a diverse range of issues including general appropriations, energy & environment, food & agriculture, tax, and trade. In addition to his advocacy-focused portfolio, Patrick assists the Constitution Partners team in providing high quality public relations, political strategy, and crisis communications services.
Patrick is a native of Trappe, and an avid sailor and hunter.
